Official project identity: Mind the CAP

Mind the CAP equipped young people and youth workers with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to lead climate action and sustainable development in their communities. The Erasmus+ Capacity Building project connected European and Mediterranean partners and focused on long-term behavioural change rather than one-off awareness.

The partnership developed an interdisciplinary competence framework on climate change and sustainable development, co-designed educational programmes with young people and stakeholders, and created a network of Living Labs for climate education and community activism. Training, peer learning and youth-led initiatives covered themes including food, waste, water, energy, biodiversity and environmental policy.

From the kick-off in Amman and trainer development in Riga to Living Labs and the final conference in Hammamet, Mind the CAP built a shared library of methods, learning resources and practical examples that can continue supporting youth climate action after the funded period.
