From 26 to 30 April 2026, the Youth4GreenPolicy partnership met in Vienna for its opening international activity under the EU Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values programme.
The five-day programme focused on practical eco-digital tools and advocacy skills that youth workers can use to promote green citizenship and active participation in democratic processes. Partners exchanged experience, tested participatory approaches and built a common understanding of how sustainability policy can become more accessible to young people.
This opening activity set the direction for the next 24 months: training and supporting youth workers, creating policy simulations and local engagement opportunities, and connecting young people with experts and decision-makers. As the Slovenian partner, gamingHOUSE will help carry this work into activities for young people in Slovenia.
